The RRU3008 supports AC and DC
power input modes and performs modulation, demodulation, data processing, and
combining and dividing for baseband signals and Radio Frequency (RF) signals.
1.1 Appearance
1.2 Physical Ports
RRUs
have a modular design. Its external ports are located in the cabling cavity or
at the bottom of the module.

l For S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, and S6,
the 8PSK output power is the same as the GMSK output power with the improvement
in the hardware capability.
l For S7 and S8, the 8PSK output
power is the same as the GMSK output power with the optional feature
GBFD-118104 Enhanced EDGE Coverage enabled.
l For the RF standards, see EN 301 502
V9.2.1
2.5 Power Consumption
l TOC refers to the output power at the
duplex port on the BTS.
l The
typical power consumption is measured with a 30% load and power control and DTX
are enabled. The maximum power
consumption is reached when the base station works with 100% load.
